OUR SERVICES

How We Help Small Businesses Grow

We offer three services. Each one solves a specific problem, and each can run on its own or together.

GET FOUND

Local Authority Framework

If you're not in the top 3 on Google Maps, you're missing the people most ready to call.

Our local SEO system builds out your Google Business Profile and structures your website to match it. That gives Google a clear picture of what you do and where you do it. It's not generic SEO. It's built around how Google ranks local businesses today.

ANSWER EVERY LEAD

e360 Lead Flow System

Most small businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem.

Leads go cold because there aren't enough hours in the day. e360 answers calls, texts, chats, and forms around the clock. It asks your screening questions, books good-fit leads, and handles follow-up and review requests, so you stay responsive without the extra work.

STAY VISIBLE

Engaged Social

People check your Facebook and Instagram before they call.

We create and schedule 25 posts a month for your business, each with a custom image and caption. We also set up keyword replies that send an instant DM when someone comments, so interest turns into conversations.

Our Purpose

Make marketing easier to understand and manage

When marketing channels, messaging, and customer follow-up are handled separately, it can be harder to see a clear next step. Teams may spend time coordinating disconnected activities instead of following a shared plan.

We help create a more connected way forward. Aligning your message with practical workflows can make it easier for prospective clients to understand what you offer and consider a next step.

Core Principles

What We Believe

Clarity over clutter

Help people quickly understand who you help, what you offer, and the easiest way to start without overwhelming noise.

Consistency builds recognition

A steady, considered presence can help people connect your business with the service they need.

Practical systems work

Simple communication, follow-up, and organized next-step routines can make marketing easier to manage within the workday.

Good marketing is human

Thoughtful communication, honest guidance, and authentic relationships matter at every point of the client journey.

Our Approach

Thoughtful strategy, practical next steps

We begin by understanding your business model, core audience, and realistic milestones. Instead of pitching complex tactics, we clarify your central message, identify direct opportunities, and shape a unified framework for showing up and following through.

Our work centers on making each successive step manageable and useful. By removing artificial friction and needless complexity, your marketing becomes a dependable asset you can maintain with confidence.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Kurt Lohmann, Founder and CEO

Kurt Lohmann founded Engaged Digital to give small businesses the kind of marketing systems that usually only bigger companies can afford. Since 2015, he's helped small businesses and law firms build systems that bring in qualified leads, build trust, and free up time.

Kurt skips one-size-fits-all marketing. He builds simple systems that repeat month after month, grounded in how owners actually run their businesses. The result is steadier leads and fewer missed opportunities.

Before founding Engaged Digital, Kurt held sales and leadership roles in marketing technology, software, and digital consulting across many industries. In 2022, he launched More Thumbs Up, a review generation tool that helps businesses build credibility and turn more leads into customers through client feedback.

Kurt lives in Bend, Oregon, where he keeps helping business owners grow without adding more to their plates.
